Job summary

Thermo Systems in Montgomery, AL seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to provide project controls, coordination, and administrative support to executives and managers. You will maintain documentation, cadence, and PMO discipline across Stage-Gate projects, coordinating with engineering, procurement, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

You will help ensure timely reporting, risk tracking, and efficient communication, while upholding Thermo Systems’ PMO standards and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience supporting schedule, cost, documentation, and risk tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, Jira, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of Stage-Gate artifacts, checklists, and validation records.
• Maintain Gate readiness trackers and escalate delays.
• Ensure project files are complete, audit-ready, and version-controlled.
• Lead internal/customer coordination with agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain stakeholder lists, communication trackers, and project calendars.
• Guide Project Coordinators on documentation cadence and PMO processes.
