The role emphasizes Stage-Gate documentation, risk and change control, and PMO reporting. You will help ensure on-time delivery, accurate records, and clear communication in a fast-paced industrial environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of project coordination or operations support experience in industrial/technical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with basic project management concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and customer meetings, agendas, notes, and action items.
• Maintain stakeholder lists and support project communication plans.
• Support Stage-Gate model, document management, and audit readiness.
• Maintain schedules, track actions, deliverables, and PMO reporting.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and closeout activities.
