Job summary

CGT Staffing is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex customer projects from order acceptance through manufacturing, shipment, and closeout in Cleveland, OH. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and vendors to align requirements, schedules, documentation, and commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex customer orders or projects across multiple departments.
• Ability to interpret purchase orders, specs, schedules, and commercial requirements.
• Strong follow-up and accountability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from PO acceptance through production, shipment, and closeout.
• Review PO, specs, schedules, terms, and docs; identify risks early.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, action items, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate across manufacturing locations; monitor progress and capacity.
• Partner with Engineering on drawings, submittals, and approvals; manage questions.
• Coordinate vendors to support project timelines and changes.
• Provide clear status updates on production, changes, risks, and actions.
• Track scope changes and implications to cost/schedule; maintain records.
