Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Assistant Project Manager - PMO to join a high-performing PMO supporting a financial services client. The role suits a highly analytical professional who improves processes through research, data analysis, and proactive problem solving.

You will link strategy to execution, investigate issues, evaluate options, and deliver sustainable outcomes for project delivery and governance. Strong attention to detail and fact-based recommendations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience as stated in the job posting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with Excel including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Proven ability to conduct research and solve business problems.
• Experience supporting PMO, architecture, or real estate programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve scalable PMO processes, tools, and docs.
• Research, analyze, and resolve complex business and project issues.
• Lead initiatives from concept to completion with stakeholder coordination.
• Analyze project and financial data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop expertise in client PMO standards, governance, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align with strategic goals.
• Maintain PMO guides, dashboards, and reporting tools for optimization.
• Create reports, presentations, and training materials for leaders.
• Support PMO operations and strategic initiatives as needed.
