Job summary

Impyrian is hiring a Senior PMO Business Analyst to support PMO governance and process documentation in a fast-paced environment in Washington, DC. The role focuses on improving process efficiency, mitigating risk, and delivering governance documentation and reports.

The Senior Analyst will engage with stakeholders, lead weekly status calls, and collaborate with the Sr. Project manager to understand business strategies and Roadmap alignment. Requires PMP, Bachelors, and ServiceNow experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or an IT-related field.
• PMP certification.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing ServiceNow and completing basic administration activities.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a consulting environment.
• 3-5 years of experience conducting strategic business analysis and process improvement of similar size and scope.

Responsibilities

• Implements and provides guidance related to PMO processes and policies to support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
• Provide consulting support on ServiceNow management, governance, and risk mitigation
• Review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks and to identify opportunities to eliminate or re-engineer processes to improve efficiency, focusing on quality improvement and ensuring data is reliable and valid.
• Define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs reports; analyze data and deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Perform regular project status calls on weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with Sr. Project manager/Task Lead and business units to understand customer strategies, processes, services, roadmap, and ensure solutions meet long-term goals.
• Assist other project managers on complex projects related to operational business functions.
