Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Real Assets to own messaging, positioning, and enablement for real assets and CRE segments. You’ll translate buyer insights into persona-specific narratives and deal-ready assets, collaborating with Sales, Demand Gen, and Product to drive pipeline and revenue.

The role reports to the Head of Product Marketing and involves building market intelligence, competitive playbooks, and stakeholder-focused content to win high-stakes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the commercial real estate or real assets ecosystem is required.
• Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy roles is advantageous.
• AI fluency: experience using LLMs, agents, and AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Define real assets strategy, positioning and messaging for the market.
• Co-create collateral with Sales to win real assets deals: briefs, ROI narratives, battlecards.
• Conduct voice-of-customer research and competitive intelligence for GTM alignment.
• Use AI tools to accelerate messaging and enablement assets while applying human judgment.
