Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Real Assets to own messaging and enablement that moves real assets deals forward—from initial conversations to competitive evaluations.

You'll become the internal expert on how CRE buyers buy, translate insights into persona-based narratives, and build content and deal support that helps our sellers win, with a focus on AI-enabled GTM and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial real estate or real assets ecosystem.
• Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy is advantageous.
• AI fluency: experience with LLMs and AI automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead real assets strategy, positioning & messaging for CRE stakeholders.
• Co-create collateral with Sales to win real assets deals.
• Conduct voice-of-customer research and competitive intelligence.
• Build AI-native assets to accelerate messaging and enablement.
• Partner with Demand Gen, Product, and Customer Marketing for aligned GTM.
