Headway is hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager to help providers discover, adopt, and derive lasting value from our products. You’ll shape how we bring new capabilities to market and craft a differentiated narrative that builds trust and strengthens provider partnerships.

You will collaborate closely with Provider Experience, Design, Lifecycle Marketing, Research and Creative to turn provider insights into strategies that boost adoption, engagement, and retention across the Headway platform.

Formación

• Significant PMM experience (8+ years) in consumer, marketplace, SMB, subscription, or product-led businesses.
• Ability to know the customer and market cold; build positioning and messaging.
• Experience driving product adoption and engagement with measurable outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and forming a point of view with limited information.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional work without formal authority.
• Willingness to use AI to improve work and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build deep provider insight and understand needs, behaviors, and competition.
• Own provider positioning and messaging to tell a differentiated value story.
• Lead Provider Experience GTM to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Lead GTM channel planning and execution with cross-functional partners.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to improve provider experience and drive adoption.
• Equip teams with frameworks to tell a consistent provider story.
