Hims & Hers is actively seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies and to synthesize customer insights that drive product adoption. This role requires strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders across Product, Creative, Growth, and Analytics.

The position is remote in the United States for a six-month contract, with potential for clarity on benefits and conversion to full-time discussed during interview.

Formación

• 7+ years of marketing experience; 5+ years in product marketing or GTM
• Strong storytelling to build product brands
• Ability to drive experimentation focused on conversion and engagement
• Analytical thinker with data-driven marketing experience
• Experience influencing stakeholders and shaping product roadmaps
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams
• Experience communicating benefits of marketing strategies to all levels, including C-suite
• Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/masters a plus

Responsabilidades

• Champion the voice of the customer to guide product experiences
• Partner with Product/Engineering, Category Management, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, Insights
• Shape digital customer experiences to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
• Define segmentation, positioning, messaging, and adoption tactics for key products
• Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging from customer insights and market trends
• Develop go-to-market briefs anchored in competitive landscape
• Drive experimentation strategy with cross-functional teams
• Lead complex workstreams across multiple product lines
• Own end-to-end work with minimal oversight
