Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, storyteller, and influencer driving go-to-market strategies and product adoption across cross-functional partners.

This temporary 6-month role focuses on shaping segmentation, messaging, and adoption for our health and wellness offerings, leveraging customer insights to optimize our existing products and inform roadmap decisions.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in marketing with 5+ years in product marketing or similar roles.
• Strong storytelling to develop campaigns and brands.
• Experience driving experimentation focused on conversion and engagement.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven marketing experience.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and shaping product roadmap.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate benefits of marketing strategies to executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA/masters a plus.

• Drive experimentation strategy with Product, Design, Acquisition, Lifecycle teams.
• Own end-to-end work across multiple categories and product lines.
