Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives and shape product adoption. You will synthesize customer insights, craft compelling messaging, and partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Analytics to drive conversion and retention.

The role emphasizes strategic storytelling, stakeholder influence up to the C-suite, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a temporary 6-month assignment with strong equity considerations.

Formación

• 7+ years of marketing experience, 5+ in product marketing or similar roles.
• Strong storytelling skills to drive campaigns and product brands.
• Ability to drive experimentation and measure impact on conversion/engagement.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven marketing experience.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and shaping product roadmaps.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership (C-suite).

Responsabilidades

• Champion the voice of the customer to prioritize products and experiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product/Engineering, Growth, and Analytics.
• Develop GTM strategies and briefs anchored in customer insights.
• Shape segmentation, positioning, and messaging for products in focus areas.
