Cadence Design Systems in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for PCIe and CXL Controller IP to lead product strategy, define roadmaps, and drive go-to-market initiatives with engineering, sales, and ecosystem partners.

You will translate market requirements into differentiated product directions, create high-impact collateral, and engage senior customers to accelerate adoption across data center, AI infrastructure, and high-performance computing environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor IP, SoC, hardware design, verification, systems engineering, product management, product marketing, applications engineering, or a closely related technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of PCI Express and/or CXL technologies, including controller architecture, protocol features, SoC integration, performance, power, debug, compliance, and ecosystem requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market requirements into differentiated product direction and messaging for technical and business audiences.
• Experience working with customers, sales, engineering, or field application teams in a semiconductor or IP business environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to create clear technical collateral and influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own roadmap input, market requirements, and product definition for PCIe and CXL IP based on customer needs and market trends.
• Define and execute competitive marketing strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with lead customers and ecosystem partners to understand system-level requirements.
• Translate complex technical requirements into product briefs, messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools.
• Collaborate with engineering on portfolio planning, feature priorities, and integration needs.
• Support design-win activities by assisting sales and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
• Track industry standards (PCI-SIG, CXL, NVMe, AMBA/Arm) and related ecosystem developments.
• Represent Cadence PCIe and CXL IP at customer meetings, events, webinars, and digital channels.
• Synthesize customer/market data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Identify creative solutions to product and engagement challenges with ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
