Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and commercial growth across Commercial Digital Banking, Treasury Management, and Payments solutions. You will translate complex banking capabilities into differentiated narratives for banks, credit unions, and fintechs.

The role requires domain expertise and strategic leadership to align Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success in delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commercial banking domain expertise including digital banking, treasury management, and payments.
• Strong ability to translate market needs into differentiated positioning and GTM plans.
• Experience developing positioning frameworks, launch strategies, and sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own GTM strategy for Commercial Digital Banking, Treasury Management, and Payments solutions.
• Create buyer-centric value propositions and market narratives that drive revenue growth.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Success teams to enable enterprise sales cycles.
