CSI is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its Commercial Suite and payment solutions. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and customers to transform complex banking challenges into scalable product experiences.

This leadership role centers on commercial banking, payments, embedded finance, and API-driven platforms. You will drive measurable value for community banks by defining features, APIs, and workflows

Competenze

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in payments, commercial banking, fintech, or embedded finance.
• Experience delivering API-based banking, payments, or card solutions.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into customer journeys and features.
• Experience with card issuing, spend controls, and lifecycle management.

Mansioni

• Define product experiences linking commercial banking, payments, treasury, and card workflows.
• Build capabilities for spend controls, reporting, virtual cards, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Compliance to deliver API-driven solutions.
• Lead customer engagements, demos, and go-to-market activities.
• Maintain product roadmaps and documentation.
