Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for New Product Success to own marketing strategy across a multi-product portfolio that spans the full seller launch journey. Lead the PMM for New Product Accelerator and influence leadership on investments.

You will partner across internal and external teams, craft narratives, set goals and metrics, and drive go-to-market plans while shaping the AI-powered experiences that help sellers scale and accelerate

Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Experience building scalable marketing mechanisms (launch playbooks, campaign frameworks, measurement templates) that outlast individual campaigns
Experience using generative AI tools in marketing workflows, with willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices

Responsibilities

Set marketing strategy for New Product Success end to end. Define the narrative, goals, metrics, and GTM approach across the full product portfolio.
Shape annual marketing plans, and ensure every product launch has clear positioning, target segments, and success measures.
