Job summary

Calendly is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how we position, launch, and grow our products, including new AI capabilities. This is a full-stack PMM role on a small team partnering with Product and Research to understand customers and influence product direction.

You'll write messaging, manage go-to-market plans, and coordinate execution with Lifecyle, Growth, Web, Brand, and other partners. Expect hands-on work from strategy to execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS (PLG or hybrid GTM preferred).
• Experience leading launches and driving discovery and AI feature adoption.
• Strong writer and storyteller with messaging and launch copy experience.
• Experience building AI workflows and using AI tools to automate/repeatable outputs.

Responsibilities

• Shape product positioning and influence decisions based on customer and market insights.
• Own product positioning and messaging for multiple products and features.
• Lead go-to-market planning: audience, messaging, channel plan, success metrics.
• Write messaging and launch Copy; create sales materials and in-product education.
• Drive cross-functional launch execution with teams across Lifecycle, Growth, Web, Brand.
