Job summary

Incident IQ, LLC, an Atlanta-based leading workflow platform for K-12 districts, seeks a Senior PMM to drive product marketing, GTM strategy, and customer advocacy. You will shape value propositions, lead AI-driven workflows, and partner with CS to showcase ROI through compelling case studies and references.

You will own messaging frameworks, release readiness, and an autonomous PMM agent while aligning with Product Enablement, CS, and Marketing to scale impact across product lines.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, GTM Operations, or Customer Marketing.
• Ability to design scalable product marketing processes.
• Strong PMM fundamentals: messaging, positioning, storytelling.
• Excellent interviewing and copywriting to translate outcomes into case studies.
• Collaborate with CS teams to scale content and processes.
• Experience with AI tools and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Messaging, Positioning & GTM Architecture: author value propositions and messaging hierarchies.
• Co-Design the GTM Release Engine with R&D and CS leadership.
• In-App & Public Release Strategy to minimize notification noise.
• Build & Supervise the Autonomous Digital PMM (AI Agent).
• Quality control of AI-generated docs, changelogs, and digests.
• AI Workflow Scaling to 3x–5x throughput.
