Job summary

Workstream, a mission-driven HR, payroll, and hiring platform company in Lehi, UT, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, launches, and sales enablement for an expanding platform including payroll, HR, and AI products. You report to revenue leadership and will lead a team of 3 managing Product Marketing & brand, with growth potential.

We require 3–10 years in PMM or related roles, founder energy, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in product marketing or mix of PMM and growth/content roles; track record of shipping matters more than title.
• Founder energy; bias toward action; willingness to relocate.
• Commercially minded with focus on pipeline and deals.
• AI tools are part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Positioning & messaging ownership across channels (website, decks, sales calls).
• Run end-to-end GTM launches for new products, including AI assistant and payroll suite.
• Sales enablement: build battlecards, teardowns, ROI narratives and customer proof.
• Create customer proof content: case studies, videos, webinars; collaborate with content and design teams.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis.
