Job summary

Workstream is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, launches, and sales enablement for a platform expanding from hiring into payroll, HR, and AI products. You will report to revenue leadership and lead a team of 3, with growth potential and in-person collaboration in Lehi.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in product marketing or related PMM/growth roles.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and SMB buyers is a plus.
• AI-native with practical AI tools usage.
• Strong collaboration with sales and enablement.
• Founder energy or entrepreneurial drive is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, launches, and sales enablement for the platform.
• Lead end-to-end GTM launches for new products including AI assistant and payroll.
• Develop messaging, collateral, battlecards, and ROI narratives.
• Partner with content and design teams on customer proof and content.
• Lead a small PMM team and collaborate with revenue leadership.
