Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, launches, and sales enablement for a fast-growing platform expanding from hiring into payroll, HR, and AI products. You will lead a team of 3, report to revenue leadership, and shape the brand strategy as the company scales.

Based in Lehi with a 4–5 days per week in-office, relocation and visa sponsorship are supported for the right candidate. Competitive salary plus equity and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in product marketing or PMM/growth roles.
• Experience with SMB hourly frontline workforce is a plus.
• Proven ability to ship launches and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Positioning & Messaging: Own how we describe Workstream on the website, decks, and in the first 30 seconds of every sales call.
• Product Launches: Run end-to-end GTM launches for new products, including AI assistant and payroll suite.
• Sales Enablement: Build battlecards, teardowns, ROI narratives, and customer proof for EAs.
• Customer Proof & Content: Turn customers into case studies, video stories, and webinars with design/content teams.
• Ship With AI: Use AI agents across research, drafting, and analysis to move fast.
