Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of analog circuit design.
• Expertise in bipolar, BiCMOS, and BCD processes.
• Experience with large power transistors and robust design.
• Familiarity with switch-mode power topologies (BOOST/BUCK).
• Cadence tools for analog/mixed-signal simulations.
• Behavioral top-level modeling and mixed-signal verification.
• Analog/digital interfaces and digital buses.
• Radiation hardened PM capabilities desirable.
• Gate driver techniques and control systems understanding.
• Advanced degree with extensive industry experience in power management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product definition with marketing, applications, and customers.
• Apply deep analog/power process knowledge to design power management products.
• Transistor-level design of mixed-signal circuits for power products.
• Manage program to meet schedule objectives.
• Validate and debug products before transfer to production.
• Interface with process, test, product, application, and marketing teams to bring concepts to production.
