Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline required.
• 5+ years in composites manufacturing engineering or process development.
• Deep expertise in polymer matrix composites materials and processes.
• Experience leading DOEs and translating results into process specs.
• Lean / Six Sigma, data analytics familiarity.
