Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati seeks a Distinguished Staff Development & Process Engineer to drive PMC process development from early development through qualification and production improvements.

You will set technical strategy for PMC materials, manage risk with senior leaders, and mentor engineers while collaborating with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and research organizations to advance Future of Flight initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in composites manufacturing engineering or process development.
• Deep technical expertise in polymer matrix composite materials and processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic path to develop, qualify, and implement new PMC processes for Future of Flight programs.
• Lead process development through DOEs to understand parameter effects on part quality and performance.
• Own technical program management for PMC process development including planning, execution, and risk management.
