Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a senior engineer to oversee data, PLM/MDM domain efforts and drive architecture across multiple teams. You will lead technical and business discussions, build roadmaps, and mentor staff while ensuring data quality across complex PLM ecosystems.

The role requires hands-on capability to develop POC implementations using emerging technologies and to align projects with business goals. This is a remote US position with relocation considerations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years professional experience OR an Associate degree with 8 years OR a High School Diploma with 10 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Application Engineering.
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience but must meet the role requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate domain discussions across multiple teams for future design direction.
• Analyze enterprise tools designs and create a road map with an implementation plan for PLM/MDM platforms.
• Review and develop design at domain level across teams; participate in governance models.
• Mentor and provide technology guidance to teammates; drive reusable service-oriented components.
