Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Underground Utilities and Water Main projects in the Chicagoland area. This role combines in-office work, field visits, and remote flexibility, focusing on large-scale, high-budget initiatives with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in construction with underground utilities or water main projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of underground utility projects (sewer, water, infrastructure).
• Develop and execute project plans including budgets and scheduling.
• Lead project professionals and contractors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on objectives.
• Manage resources: labor, materials, equipment; ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
