Jobot is seeking a Project Manager (Underground Utilities) to lead complex underground utility and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through completion. The role requires ownership of budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and performance while coordinating with owners, contractors, vendors, and engineers.

You will work on water, wastewater, sewer, pipelines, and related utilities, traveling as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in heavy civil/underground utilities.
• Experience managing underground utility, water, wastewater, sewer, pipelines, or similar infra projects.
• Strong understanding of budgets, forecasts, cost control, change orders, profitability.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and coordinating activities.
• Knowledge of construction plans, specs, contracts, and doc management.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex underground utility and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Own project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and performance.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, vendors, engineers, and inspectors.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong owner/client relationships.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar construction tech.
