Job summary

Ridgeline is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the UI Platform - Frameworks initiatives, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution of foundational frontend capabilities for the Ridgeline product ecosystem.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, and fellow PMs to build scalable, high-performance frameworks enabling rapid product innovation, while ensuring consistency, quality, and long-term platform sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• 3+ years of product management experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for web-based products.
• Experience partnering closely with UX designers to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments such as JIRA.
• Experience across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Platform, Engineering, Design, PMO, DevOps, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of frontend architecture concepts, including bundlers such as Webpack and Rspack, microfrontend architectures, and component-based design systems.
• Ability to evaluate build performance, CI/CD workflows, and developer experience tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with React ecosystem considerations, including rendering patterns, state management, and versioning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ridgeline's UI Platform, creating shared frontend frameworks and infrastructure for product teams.
• Deliver platform capabilities that improve developer productivity, application performance, consistency, and scalability.
• Partner cross-functionally to bring platform initiatives from concept through adoption.
• Champion the platform strategy and technical vision with stakeholders and drive adoption of standards and best practices.
• Translate priorities into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes for engineering teams.
• Drive platform investment decisions balancing technical health with evolving customer needs.
• Partner with Design to create cohesive, accessible user experiences across the Ridgeline product suite.
• Define quality standards and testing strategies to ensure reliable, performant experiences.
• Influence roadmap prioritization and resource allocation by evaluating tradeoffs and business impact.
