Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of new product feature development, from concept through launch and beyond, with data-driven iteration and stakeholder feedback.
• Leverage product management and technical skills to design innovative solutions and generate measurable impact using AI.
• Propose and own development of new features within our platform, prioritizing capabilities to scale transformative deals through automation and AI.
• Lead the technical development of new product features, including hands-on contribution to development, especially generative AI implementation/integration.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to define success metrics and measure business impact.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for senior leadership.
