Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
• 4+ years in consulting, project management or strategic operations
• Proficient in resource management and logistics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in regulated industries or familiarity with compliance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategic projects under the direction of the Chief of Staff
• Lay the foundation for a Project Management Office (PMO) within Operations
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams
• Streamline workflows and oversee resource allocation to speed delivery
• Maintain standards for high-quality and timely outputs
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
