Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Project Manager role in a hybrid work arrangement based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex AI infrastructure projects for regulated enterprise clients, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing logistics and resource planning, and ensuring project milestones are met in alignment with compliance and security requirements. The role involves identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners. The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements, support pre-sales and client onboarding activities, and help refine best practices for delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership and coordination skills, including Project Management and Expediting experience.
• Experience managing Expeditor activities and Expediting processes to keep complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on schedule.
• Background in Inspection and quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet technical and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management for planning resources, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Experience managing technology or infrastructure projects, preferably in AI, data, or enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., financial services, banking, or similar) and an understanding of compliance-focused project delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are beneficial.
