Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Project Manager – Steam and Condensate Systems to support the Tissue Service Business. You will oversee project profitability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction from sale through warranty.

Responsibilities span cost control, drawing/design review, and coordinating multidisciplines across engineering, procurement, and installation. The role requires a Mechanical/Technical/Pulp and Paper background with at least five years of PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical, Technical, Pulp and Paper or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of PM experience leading projects.
• Industry-related project management experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs and profitability with monthly cost control and status reporting.
• Coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing, delivery and installation.
• Oversee drawing/design reviews to ensure as-sold specs.
• Pursue new sales opportunities and prepare estimates/proposals.
