Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, is building a product management org to own Security tooling for its SOC. The role focuses on delivering analyst-facing tooling, enhancing the SOC platform, and enabling automation to improve throughput and time-to-close.

You will collaborate with SOC leadership, engineering, and design to translate operator needs into scalable internal tooling and product interfaces that support MSP/MSSP and reseller channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for cybersecurity products, MDR or SOAR incl. bonus.
• Direct SOC experience building SOC tools and products.
• Experience creating internal-facing tooling for skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

• Set SOC tooling vision and strategy with stakeholders.
• Own roadmap for analyst UX and SOC tooling including Rapid/Tactical responses.
• Publish interfaces for cross-team product usage and standardize internal workflows.
• Translate operator needs into actionable product requirements and epics.
• Develop mockups and prototypes with design/engineering to validate capabilities.
• Define and report metrics like time-to-close and analyst throughput.
