Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Senior Product Manager with SOC experience to own the security tooling for our SOC platform. This remote US role focuses on building internal-facing tools for security analysts and spearheading the automation-first evolution of our workflows.

You will collaborate with SOC leadership, engineers, and product peers to translate analyst needs into scalable product requirements, measuring success through throughput, time-to-close, and repeatability metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product management role for cybersecurity products.
• Direct SOC experience and knowledge of incident response lifecycles.
• Experience building internal-facing tooling for professional users.

Responsibilities

• Set the SOC tooling vision and strategy with stakeholders.
• Own roadmap for analyst UX and SOC tooling.
• Serve as primary steward of the shared investigation and evidence model interfaces.
• Turn manual processes into automation-first internal workflows.
• Own the Portal Enhancement Kit and drive internal tooling improvements.
• Translate operator needs into actionable product requirements and architecture.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects on mockups and epics.
• Report operational metrics to track strategy success.
