Job summary

eBay is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Shopping Intent CRM portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmap, and experiments that reconnect buyers with relevant inventory. This role is based in Bellevue/Seattle, WA; San Jose, CA; or New York, NY.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, CRM, and Design to craft personalized, AI-powered customer communications across email and in-app channels, driving lifecycle growth while balancing operational complexity and business impact.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of product management experience in tech or marketplace environments.
• Experience owning large-scale customer-facing product portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience building lifecycle communications across owned channels (email, push, in-app, etc.).
• Strong customer and product judgment for marketplace dynamics and trade-offs.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML-powered product systems and collaboration with data teams.
• Growth mindset with ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Shopping Intent CRM portfolio across vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Define activation of high-intent signals through email, mobile alerts, and in-app messages.
• Lead roadmap planning and prioritization across programs and features.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, CRM, Design to improve personalization.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements and execution plans.
• Lead and influence a small portfolio team of PMs to deliver high-quality outcomes.
