Job summary

A leading technology company in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee critical semiconductor accounts. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, resolve business issues, and ensure program compliance. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of Program Management experience, preferably in Contract Manufacturing or Semiconductor sectors, and possesses strong data skills, mainly in MS Excel. Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program Management experience in Contract Manufacturing or Semiconductor.
• High-level computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site liaison and interface with customers.
• Drive revenue achievement and resolve business issues.
• Monitor and ensure performance against key business metrics.
• Manage demand and order planning with customer data.
• Oversee the planning and execution of customer-facing programs.
• Develop and deploy best practices for program management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship for junior program managers.
