Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Project Manager in our SCADA & Communications department to oversee telecommunications, SCADA, fiber optic, and RTU projects across multiple sites in Oregon. You will manage the full project life cycle, coordinate with engineers, area managers, and field technicians, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• A minimum of four years directly related professional experience.
• Able to work full time on-site at client locations in Oregon - Portland, Bend, Roseburg, Albany, Medford, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls or Salt Lake City.
• Experience with utilities telecommunications and SCADA.
• Occasional travel.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital telecommunications, SCADA, and RTU replacement projects or phases of larger projects.
• Lead project planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities to deliver within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop scopes of work, proposals, schedules, cost forecasts, progress reports, risk tracking, and change-control documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on scope, commitments, specs, schedule, and changes.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized RTU replacement program schedule.
