Zillow Group Inc. in the Rich Media team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the tools and workflows that turn raw home media into market-ready assets.

You will lead mobile capture experiences, media management tooling, and AI-human-in-the-loop pipelines to scale production and partner operations. Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.

• Systems thinker with experience owning platform/tools/workflow products for efficiency and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for tools and workflows turning raw home capture into market-ready media.
• Create mobile home capture experiences for the field balancing speed, ease, and quality.
• Evolve media management tools so photography and media businesses can manage their work with less friction.
• Expand internal workflow orchestration and quality-review tooling for production and AI QA at scale.
• Partner with science-based teams to translate model/data needs into annotation, review, and operator tooling.
• Define and use metrics for throughput, quality, and partner/operator experience to guide roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, support, and sales leaders to scale tools and workflows.
