Job summary

BGE, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead land and site development projects. You will manage design teams, coordinate with clients, and deliver projects from planning through construction.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of civil engineering experience, a Texas PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role offers ownership opportunities, competitive benefits, and room to grow within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Texas PE license, or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land or site development.
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar civil design software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering land and/or site development projects.
• Lead design efforts involving grading, drainage, utilities, paving, water, wastewater, and related infrastructure.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project partners.
• Lead and mentor engineers and design staff.
• Grow existing client relationships and identify growth opportunities in the market.

Senior Project Manager – Land/Site Development

BGE is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our Land/Site Development team in Austin. Whether your background is primarily in land development, site development, residential, commercial, mixed-use, or similar civil projects , we’re interested in talking with you.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Texas PE license , or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience , preferably in land or site development.
• Project management or significant project-lead experience.
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar civil design software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
