Job summary

BGE, Inc. is seeking a PLA Project Manager to lead planning and landscape architecture projects from early concept through design, permitting, and construction administration. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, working directly with clients and municipalities, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across disciplines to create practical, thoughtful design solutions.

Location: BGE Inc. Frisco or Ft Worth office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years in landscape architecture, planning/design, or related project types.
• PM experience with scopes, schedules, budgets, and client comms.
• Experience leading projects through design to construction.
• Strong site planning & planting design knowledge.
• Knowledge of zoning, development codes, permitting and env regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept and entitlement through design and construction.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams.
• Prepare site, concept, planting, and hardscape plans; cost estimates.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control.
• Support business development and client relationships.
