TradeLink Solutions Company is seeking a Project Manager for residential custom construction in Ohio. You will oversee multiple home-building projects, manage sub/client relationships, and coordinate site operations, safety, and scheduling through completion.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent communication with homeowners, and potential for advancement to regional or corporate leadership within the company. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Formación

• Experience in residential construction, preferably scattered lot building.
• Managing 8–10 projects simultaneously with typical home prices $260k–$325k.
• 5+ years of proven operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong leadership and track record in construction operations.
• Good communication with customers/owners.

Responsabilidades

• Run projects and manage sub/client relationships.
• Oversee branch operations with potential for GM promotion in a few years.
• Site management from sub-selection and contracts to safety and scheduling through completion.
• Negotiate with contractors/vendors and handle job site development and production.
• Regulate budgets and manage job costs.
