Job summary

TradeLink Solutions Company seeks a Project Manager | Superintendent for Residential New Custom Construction. The role oversees new construction projects, coordinating sub and client communications, with potential for branch operations growth and future General Management opportunities.

Responsibilities include site management from selection through safety, scheduling, and completion, plus contractor/vendor negotiations and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably scattered-lot builds.
• Manage multiple projects (6–8) across various locations.
• 5+ years of proven operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong leadership and track record in overall construction operations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with customers/owners.

PROJECT MANAGER | SUPERINTENDENT : Residential New Custom Construction

About the company:

A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level. They work in 60 offices across 12 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche. National volume of $525M and privately owned for 50+ years!

Overview

• PM will be in charge of running (New Construction) custom home projects and all sub/client communication
• Some responsibilities with branch operations and possibility of a General Management promotion within a few years.
• Construction site management extending from sub-selection & contracts to safety and scheduling through completion.
• Contractor/vendor negotiations as well as job site development and production.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.

Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in residential construction preferably in scattered-lot building.
• Managing multiple projects (6-8 typically) at one time (In various locations)
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Strong leadership ability and track-record for overall construction operations.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
