Trueline Talent's client, a growing custom home builder in Newport, KY, seeks a Project Manager to lead residential projects from planning through completion. You will be the main contact for homeowners, coordinating with vendors, procurement, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

You will manage selections, finishes, and changes, ensuring exceptional client service and clear communication throughout the build.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating residential construction projects from initial planning through closeout.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills for homeowners and vendors.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail across schedules, selections, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination of custom residential projects from the office.
• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners throughout construction.
• Keep clients informed on progress, decisions, changes, and next steps.
• Coordinate with construction team, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff.
• Track schedules, selections, purchases, materials, and decisions.
• Oversee procurement and support a procurement team member.
• Communicate changes and delays clearly and professionally.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure critical details are captured.
