Job Juncture is seeking a Superintendent/Project Manager for residential new custom construction in Ohio. The role oversees multiple home projects, manages sub/client relationships, site safety, scheduling, and cost control from contract awards to completion.

Qualified candidates will have a strong track record in residential construction, capable leadership, and excellent communication with customers/owners. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 8–10 projects managed simultaneously
• 5+ years proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in New Construction
• Experience in residential construction, preferably custom-home scattered lot building
• Strong leadership ability and excellent communications with customers/owners

SUPERINTENDENT / PROJECT MANAGER - Residential New Custom Construction

About the company:

A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level. They work in 60 offices across 12 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to custom niche.

The Overview:

• This PM will be running projects and sub/client relationships for each home.
• Construction site management extending from sub-selection & contracts to safety and scheduling through completion.
• Contractor/vendor negotiations as well as job site development and production.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.

Qualifications

• Candidate will need experience in residential construction preferably in custom-home scattered lot building.
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Strong leadership ability and track-record for overall construction operations.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
