Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Commercialization to lead all innovation and change initiatives for the Commercial Large Store, Foodservice, and On Premise channels in the United States. You will drive stage-gate processes, manage risks, and coordinate with packaging vendors to ensure timely artwork and packaging development.

You will guide cross-functional teams, communicate milestones to NPD and commercial stakeholders, and ensure alignment with supply chain and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in project management or supply chain role in consumer goods.
• 5+ years of cross-functional team leadership and operations.
• PMP certification is a plus; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for all innovation and change management projects across Commercial Large Store/FSOP and on-premise channels in the US.
• Manage stage-gate processes, risk/resource analysis, and escalation with supply chain and leadership.
• Coordinate with packaging vendors to drive timely delivery of artwork and packaging development.
