Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for candidate.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Development and Process Engineering.
• 3-5 years in Project Management.
• Experience with SmartSheet, Microsoft PM or other PM systems; SAP experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead gated project plans for secondary packaging, driving cross-functional deliverables and timelines.
• Develop packaging for liquid/powder and provide print/packaging support for Innovation.
• Translate graphics into print-ready deliverables and define color targets and substrate choices.
• Plan and execute print trials, pre-production approvals, and first article inspections.
• Coordinate line trials and ensure pack performance through QA collaboration.
