Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead power transmission routing and siting projects across the HDR Southwest Region, including Albuquerque, NM.

You will develop buildable routing solutions, manage scope, schedule and budget, and collaborate with utilities, developers, regulators and clients. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in linear projects, strong leadership, and experience with regulatory approvals and expert witness testimony.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in linear projects (routing, siting) and environmental planning.
• Strong leadership, project management and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory approvals and expert witness testimony.

Responsibilities

• Develop buildable routing and siting solutions for utility infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project teams, utilities, developers and consultants.
• Engage with government agencies, regulators, communities and landowners.
• Prepare testimony and technical documentation for line route and site selection.
• Manage project scope, schedule and budget.
