Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on Core Personalization within its Applied AI team. You will drive an AI-driven personalization roadmap, partner with engineering, data science and design to deliver scalable products, and stay at the forefront of AI trends to push innovation across Uber's platforms.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, deep AI/ML knowledge, and the ability to translate customer needs into impactful, scalable solutions across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of true technical Product Management experience delivering AI products at scale.
• A Computer Science or Engineering degree (Masters preferred).
• Strong technical background in AI/ML and GenAI; ability to discuss technical topics with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a bold product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven personalization.
• Define requirements (PRDs), prioritize features, and deliver AI products meeting user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and design to ship high quality AI products.
• Stay updated on AI trends and lead innovation across Uber.
