Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. seeks a visionary Staff Platform Manager to lead the AI Personalization roadmap across the CS ecosystem. You will own the full stack, from retrieval systems to the consumer-facing AI experience, and scale it across Airbnb surfaces.

You will partner with ML engineers to design context-aware prompts, optimize retrieval, and ensure high-quality, empathetic guest and host interactions at scale.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AI/ML-powered platforms at consumer scale.
• Experience with personalization systems and contextual data retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for AI personalization across Airbnb's CS ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data science, design, and operations to deliver platform improvements.
• Own measurement frameworks, KPIs, and AB tests to drive product decisions for AI systems.
