Qualifications

• 7+ years Project Management work experience in payment integrity or technical implementations of new products.
• Adept at problem solving and decision making with minimal direction.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Adept at growth mindset skills.
• Adept at execution and delivery skills.
• 3+ years of experience on a technical project or alignment with the QNXT Aetna commercial platform.
• Experience in deploying technical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, focused on Payment Integrity products.
• Secure required resources and use formal processes to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Manage projects for on-time completion according to specifications and within budget.
• Provide top-level project management expertise for technical deployments on the QNXT platform.
• Provide experience-based guidance and mentorship to support project execution.
