Job summary

DNAnexus Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product direction for the data consumption and analytics layer of a modern omics platform used in large-scale research and clinical workflows.

You will define researcher and developer experiences, interoperability with enterprise tools, and agent-ready capabilities, partnering with engineers, bioinformatics experts, and customers at pharma and biotech across regulated data environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management owning platform or infrastructure products.
• Experience in data warehousing and distributed analytics frameworks.
• Fluency in API design for technical users and ability to read system diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into a multi-quarter roadmap for data consumption and analytics.
• Define researcher and developer experiences for omics data at scale.
• Lead interoperability requirements with enterprise environments and AI integration.
• Write Epics and User Stories with acceptance criteria and metrics.
• Run structured discovery with pharma/biotech partners.
